This self paced class is the perfect tool for anyone looking for a streamlined, clear explanation of program design principles in an era where there seem to be competing opinions on social media that change every week! Trevor cuts through the noise and provides experience and science based lessons on the key features of and differences between hypertrophy strength focused programs, and gives practical, hands-on examples and exercises to help students refine their craft. There are opportunities to go through real life workout programs with a fine-toothed comb, and practice designing your own. Trevor also makes himself available via weekly free virtual office hours and email to give his students feedback and advice as they go ahead and begin to build programs for clients. Awesome tool in my toolbox and definitely a link I’ll keep bookmarked for future reference! Thanks Trevor!
